SIC! — Simple Image Converter

An accessible image format converter for Windows. Batch-convert images between 8 formats — and read HEIC photos from newer iPhones — with optional resizing. Works as both a GUI app and a command-line tool.

Fit to File Size

Upload limits are everywhere: an avatar under 200 KB, an attachment under 2 MB. Tell SIC! the size to stay under — and, if you like, a maximum width — and it searches every format you have enabled for combinations of format, dimensions, and quality that fit.

Every size in the results is a real measurement, taken with the exact settings the file will be written with, so what you get is what you were promised. Results are ranked by resolution first, so a full-size image at slightly lower quality comes before a shrunken one. Nothing is written to disk until you choose a result.

The installer sets up SIC! on your system. The portable version runs from any folder without installation.
